Biography: Paul Bowen PhD is a Professor Emeritus and Senior Research Scholar in the Department of Construction Economics and Management at the University of Cape Town, South Africa. He is an NRF-rated researcher, a member of the Academy of Science of South Africa, and his research interest is HIV/AIDS in the SA construction industry.
